Message	done a ghetto "Great Stuff" foam repair. Short version: 1) Fill in the back of the lip with Great Stuff foam available at any Lowes or HD 2) trim away any excess plastic and shape/sculpt the excess foam 3) Bondo and/or fiberglass patch and Bondo Less than 100 bucks and would hold you till you could do a proper replacement, or maybe even the remaining life of the car Jmho
